One screen that runs a marketing agency: revenue, funnel, ad spend, and per-client health, with a Monday briefing that sets the week.
The build
Marketing agencies run on scattered spreadsheets, ad dashboards, and someone's memory of which client is quietly going wrong. Studio Command Center pulls all of it into one place: MRR, the sales funnel, ad performance, and profit and loss, live on one screen.
The sharpest part is the per-client health flags. Every account is watched against cost-per-lead and booking-rate thresholds, so a client drifting into trouble gets flagged before they churn, not after. And every Monday the dashboard compiles the week's briefing, the numbers, the flags, the priorities, so the team starts the week pointed at what matters.
It's a dashboard-first build: the interface is being proven against the agency's real workflows first, with the data integrations, spreadsheet sync, database feed, calendar, and email, designed in and being wired behind it.
How it's built
The decisions that make this build hold up.
01 / 04
MRR, funnel, ad spend, and P&L in one live view, charted properly. Not a report someone compiles monthly, a screen that's simply always right.
02 / 04
Every client is measured against cost-per-lead and booking-rate thresholds, and accounts drifting out of range get flagged automatically. Churn stops being a surprise.
03 / 04
The week starts with the dashboard's own briefing: what moved, what's flagged, what needs attention. The Monday meeting stops being someone reading spreadsheets aloud.
04 / 04
The interface is proven against real agency workflows before the plumbing is wired: spreadsheet sync, database feed, calendar, and email are designed in from the start, so the build never guesses at what the team actually needs.
