The build
Not every business needs a custom platform. Plenty of trades just need a site that loads fast, ranks for their area, and turns visits into phone calls. For years I delivered exactly that on WordPress, without the agency price tag or the agency timeline.
The builds were lean on purpose. No bloated page builders, no plugin soup, no monthly ransom for a site the client doesn't own. Each one was set up so the business could run it themselves, and the SEO was done properly from day one.
How it's built

Custom themes kept light instead of stacked page builders. The result is a site that loads fast on a phone in a van, which is where most trade customers actually are.

Proper structure, metadata, and local landing pages wired in at build time, not bolted on later. Sites built to rank for the area and the trade, because that's where the phone calls come from.

Every site handed over with the keys, hosting, domain, admin access. No lock-in, no hostage situations, and training so the client can update it themselves.
