The build

Training for People started with a simple gap: people needed accredited courses, security licences, construction tickets, first aid certificates, and the providers running them were nearly invisible online.

I built the agency and the platform to connect the two sides. Consumers found the course they needed, providers filled their classrooms, and the site did the matchmaking. It was my first proper lesson in building a two-sided business, and plenty of what I learned there runs through every marketplace I've built since.
